Oneok Inc. has announced its acquisition of the remaining shares of EnLink Midstream LLC for $4.3 billion in common stock. This deal is part of a series of recent transactions in the US oil and gas sector, aimed at enhancing Oneok's presence, particularly in the Permian Basin, and is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2025. The acquisition will convert outstanding EnLink common units into Oneok shares, adding approximately 37 million shares to the market.
