Online betting firm Flutter appointed Rob Coldrake as its new group CFO, succeeding Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, who will step down. The company recently relocated its operational headquarters to New York, reflecting the significance of the U.S. market, and completed its primary listing shift to the New York Stock Exchange. Coldrake, currently Flutter International's CFO, joined the company in 2020. Edgecliffe-Johnson is stepping down due to challenges meeting the extensive U.S. management commitment with family obligations in the UK. This announcement was followed by Flutter's London-listed shares falling over 8%, impacted by the Illinois Senate passing a budget that would increase tax rates for top online sports betting operators.
