Taiwan High Prosecutors ruled to suspend prosecution definitively for YouTube star 'Joeman' (Weng Junming), internet personality 'Rella' (He Lei Yila), and her husband Tang Yu, who were arrested last November by New Taipei City police for suspected marijuana possession and use. While hair and urine tests came back negative, it was confirmed that they possessed marijuana illegally. They were required to write statements of repentance, given a one-year suspended sentence, and assigned 100-48 hours of community service. 'Rella' and her husband's suspended prosecution has been confirmed, while 'Joeman's case is still under review. The couple and Joeman admitted to using marijuana and apologized publicly after the incident.
