Major OPEC+ producers, including officials from Kazakhstan, Russia, the UAE, and Kuwait, are set to gather in Riyadh this weekend to discuss extending oil output cuts due to fluctuating plans. Originally scheduled in Vienna, the meeting was moved online a week ago. Countries participating in additional voluntary production cuts are making about 2 million barrels-a-day. Alongside the meeting, Riyadh plans to sell more shares in Saudi Aramco, potentially raising $12 billion and testing global investors' interest.
