According to sources, OPEC+ is likely to raise oil output further in October, although the increase may be smaller than recent months due to slowing global demand. The group has already raised quotas by approximately 2.5 million barrels per day in response to market pressures but has seen minimal impact on oil prices, which hover around $66 a barrel. A modest increase of 135,000 to 350,000 barrels per day is anticipated from October, although OPEC+ continues to face capacity limitations among its members.
