A consortium led by Oracle Corp., Silver Lake Management, and Andreessen Horowitz is poised to acquire TikTok's US operations, following a framework agreement aimed at resolving tensions in US-China relations. The deal, which is set to be discussed between President Trump and President Xi Jinping, will see ByteDance's stake in TikTok reduced to comply with US law, while enabling the app to continue operating in the US. The new venture aims to replicate TikTok's popular algorithm under US oversight.
