Foreign institutions have recently raised its target price to NT$66. Zhongxing Electric (1513) benefits from green energy and AI industries' power demands, with current orders exceeding NT$40 billion. Dongyen announced an MOU with Siemens Taiwan to produce 24kV SF6-free gas-insulated switchgear in Taiwan for various applications, aiming to meet the increasing demand for such equipment in the country's shift towards zero-carbon sustainability. Analysts have raised Dongyen's target price to NT$66, indicating a positive outlook. Zhongxing Electric is expanding its EPC projects in offshore wind power, with orders already secured for the 3-1 phase and potential orders of around NT$30 billion in the future.
