Order Surge: Shihlin Electric and Hwa Cheng Expand New Production Capacity

Reported about 1 year ago

Shihlin Electric and Hwa Cheng have both achieved record-high revenues in the first five months, attributed to Taiwan Power's Resilient Grid Project, exports, and the green energy industry. Hwa Cheng is investing over 1.2 billion NT dollars to expand production capacity with new plants in Guanyin and Taichung Port, potentially adding billions to the annual output. Meanwhile, Shihlin Electric is expanding its new plant in Hukou, Hsinchu, with production capacity set to increase by 25% by the first quarter of next year. Both companies, along with others, are benefiting from Taiwan Power's continuous project releases, with Shihlin Electric's May revenues slightly down due to delayed revenue recognition, yet marking a record-high for the first five months.
