In recent weeks, over $5 billion has been invested in U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as the cryptocurrency made a rapid recovery from $75,000 to $100,000. The influx of funds is primarily attributed to strategic bullish bets rather than traditional arbitrage strategies. Data indicates that in April alone, these ETFs attracted $2.97 billion, with an additional $2.64 billion this month, bringing total inflows since January 2024 to over $41 billion. The shift in investment strategies suggests that major players are increasingly using ETFs to showcase a positive outlook on Bitcoin's future trajectory.
