A British man, known as SB, suffered burns and kidney failure after ingesting a staggering 1176 ibuprofen pills within a month in an attempt to relieve pain from sports injuries. Despite starting with 7 pills a day, SB rapidly increased his dosage, eventually consuming 28 pills per day. This excessive intake led to serious health issues, including ulcers, digestive burns, and kidney failure. Thankfully, SB recovered after treatment, emphasizing the dangers of misusing painkillers.
