Owner Allows Dog to Attack Stray Dog and Uses Wooden Board in Taiwan

In Yilan, Taiwan, a dog owner was seen letting their dog, suspected to be a regulated dangerous breed 'Doberman', and another dog, to attack a stray dog. The owner even raised a nearby store's signboard and hit the dogs, a behavior deemed excessive. The incident, not the first, has been reported to the police. The aggressive behavior of the owners has caused distress to nearby residents and shop owners. Authorities have warned that if the man is found guilty of animal abuse, he could face fines. The incident highlights the need to prevent such unwarranted attacks on innocent dogs.
