During the Aspen Ideas Festival, Palantir Technologies co-founder Peter Thiel discussed artificial intelligence and highlighted that 80-85% of the profits in AI are made by Nvidia, which he finds 'very strange'. He compared the current state of AI to the dot-com bubble, mentioning the challenges of investing during that time. Thiel also mentioned Palantir's recent partnership with Voyager Space and Nvidia's market cap reaching $3.46 trillion in June.
