Reported 12 months ago

During the 35th Golden Melody Awards, Panai won Best Taiwanese Album but her mention of the Tiananmen incident was removed by a Golden Melody Awards editor. Political commentator Wen Langdong criticized Culture Minister Li Yuan (pen name Xiao Ye) for lacking a formal apology and requiring the President's intervention, as well as questioning the deletion of Panai's powerful political statement.
