Christa D’Alimonte, the General Counsel of Paramount Global, is set to leave the company by the end of June after a 25-year association with Viacom. She will be succeeded by Caryn Groce, her deputy, and a long-time company veteran. The company, despite recent headline-generating events like terminating merger talks, is planning to move forward under the leadership of the Office of the CEO with cost-saving measures. D’Alimonte, who was one of the highest-paid members of the management team in 2023, expressed her gratitude and admiration for her colleagues in a farewell memo.
