In Tainan, a parent waiting to pick up their child from school was asked to move their car by a food cart operator, leading to a confrontation where the parent accused the operator of behaving like a bully. The operator, however, countered the accusations by stating that the parent was the one causing a scene. The incident occurred only 100 meters from a elementary school, with the food cart operating illegally on the roadside. Police issued a fine of up to 2400 NTD for the violation.
