As of June 27, 2024, the Presidential Office plans to submit a constitutional interpretation and interim disposition application to the Constitutional Court tomorrow regarding the five parliamentary reform laws. The Executive Yuan sent representatives to submit the request this afternoon. In response, the Kuomintang criticized that after the reconsideration case by the Executive Yuan was rejected by the Legislative Yuan, it should be implemented immediately. The Executive Yuan emphasized that the purpose of filing the constitutional litigation is not to oppose parliamentary reform but to ensure that it is lawful and constitutional.
