The Legislative Yuan's ruling and opposition parties have decided to convene the entire committee on the 19th and 20th to review the parliamentary reform bill reconsideration proposed by the Executive Yuan, inviting Premier Su Tseng-chang to attend for explanation. The reconsideration vote is scheduled for the 21st. During the review period from the 19th to the 21st, multiple civic groups declared that the Bluebird Action will return to the Legislative Yuan premises, while the Kuomintang has applied to occupy the Qingdao East Road on the 21st to rally support for parliamentary reform through the Blue Hawk Action.
