A man named Mr. Zhu from Taichung complained that his daughter and family of three encountered a problem with the cabin pressurization on their return flight from Korea on June 22. The flight was diverted back to Korea, and his daughter had bleeding ears requiring local medical treatment. Mr. Zhu contacted the insurance company for overseas emergency assistance but received no help in changing flights, accusing the company of charging over NT$5,000 without offering any assistance.
