A fatal car accident occurred in the North District of Taichung, where a 69-year-old woman named Liu was hit by a white sedan driven by a 60-year-old woman named Tseng while crossing the road, resulting in Liu getting caught under the car with no signs of life. Despite being rushed to the hospital for treatment, she did not survive. The specific cause and liability of the accident are still under investigation.
