On June 26, 2024, at 5:20 AM, a woman in the Huajiang residential community in Wanhua District, Taipei City discovered her underwear hung outside was distorted and strange. After checking the surveillance footage, it was found that a suspicious man was trying on the underwear hung outside residences before putting them back as if nothing happened. The victim's underwear was severely damaged and unusable, leading to her filing a damage lawsuit. The man, in his twenties, was caught on camera trying on women's underwear on two separate occasions. The police are investigating the case and seeking his arrest.
