Reported on July 1, 2024, in Penghu, a man surnamed Zeng, who had a history of theft, was caught breaking into a woman's rental house in the early morning and stealing 4 bras and 6 panties. Despite wearing a half-face helmet and moving the surveillance camera, he was still caught. Zeng was sentenced to 7 months in prison for his repeated crimes of breaking into homes and stealing women's undergarments, even after being released early from a previous sentence. He confessed to the crime during the investigation.
