In Taipei City's Neihu District, a pet shop owner committed suicide because he was unable to operate his pet grooming business as a result of not getting consent from the upstairs resident to sign an agreement. However, the upstairs tenant refuted the family's claims, stating that they were completely false. The tenant denied demanding repairs in exchange for signing the agreement, expressing frustration over the shop owner's false accusations and the impact of the incident on their reputation.
