FTNN News, June 27, 2024, 2:00 AM [FTNN News] Reporter Feng Yin/Taipei reported that a Taipei City pet shop owner surnamed Dang, who planned to open a pet shop on Xingyun Street by investing 5 million, was unable to operate as a 2nd-floor neighbor reneged on signing a consent form. This led to the pet shop failing to open, and Dang committed suicide under pressure. The incident sparked attention, with netizens criticizing the neighbor. However, on May 18, the 2nd-floor owner issued a 5-point response refuting the claim that they demanded to sign the consent form as a condition for balcony repairs, stating that they did not distort the truth and demanding respect for their decision not to sign the form.
