A man surnamed Party spent 4 million opening a pet shop in Neihu, Taipei, but conflict with upstairs residents prevented him from obtaining a business license, leading to his death by suicide in the shop recently. Lawyer Ba Mao, a friend of the deceased, remarked on Facebook that the upstairs tenants would face retribution. Conflicting claims between the parties involved continue to circulate and spark discussions online.
