A man surnamed Dang, 47, invested 4 million to open a pet store in Neihu but was unable to obtain a business registration due to a dispute with a second-floor resident. The construction team had accused the 1st floor shop of lying, but later apologized for being nosy and gossipy. They clarified that their work was related to the 2nd floor and expressed regret for the tragic incident and inconvenience caused to the 2nd floor residents.
