Disputes with a resident on the second floor of the same building have sparked discussions. Lawyer Lin Chih-chun mentioned that the proper handling sequence by the owner was incorrect and emphasized the need to see relevant evidence before drawing conclusions. The lawyer suggested that presenting the maintenance receipts and remittance proofs would clarify the situation.
