The incident stemmed from a dispute with a second-floor neighbor who refused to sign an agreement to allow repairs, despite the pet store owner having funded renovations for the neighbor. The neighbor countered the claims made in the media, stating that they were not forced to sign the agreement and emphasizing the need for mutual respect. A construction worker shared that compromising and coordinating in advance is essential to prevent rumors and closures, revealing the negative impact on residents and workers due to the situation.
