Taiwan's golf star Pan Cheng-tsung, who will represent Chinese Taipei for the third time at the 2024 Paris Olympics, is currently competing to potentially win his first title of the season at the John Deere Classic before heading to Paris. Despite a bogey on the 18th hole in the third round, Pan is in contention and trailing the leader by four strokes. Pan, who won his first PGA Tour title at the 2019 RBC Heritage, is determined to secure his second PGA Tour victory. Pan's success in recent tournaments will also impact his qualification for the British Open. The Olympic golf competition in Paris will take place from August 1st to 4th for men and August 7th to 10th for women.
