The PGA Tour's policy board is set to create a 'Lifetime Achievement category' exemption for Tiger Woods in the circuit's signature events, as reported by Golf.com. The Player Advisory Council unanimously agreed to this, recognizing Woods' 82-event wins and significant contribution to golf. This new exemption will allow Woods, who hosts a signature event but is not currently qualified to play in any, to participate in select tournaments. The decision will be voted on during the policy board's meeting at the Travelers Championship next week.
