Martin Perry, a table tennis player from Drumchapel, Scotland, who was born missing both hands and one leg, will be competing at the Paralympics for the first time in Paris 2024. Despite facing challenges, Perry finds joy and purpose in the sport, which he began playing at a summer camp at the age of 16. With a specially modified bat and a running blade for support, he overcame setbacks and qualified for the Paralympics, fulfilling a lifelong dream with the support of his family, especially his wife, Siobhan, who played a crucial role in his journey.
