In New Taipei City's Banqiao district, police discovered a car with a swinging license plate, which led to a chase and apprehension of a fugitive who abandoned the vehicle. The suspect turned out to be wanted on three different charges, with three other individuals still on the run. The police have detained the apprehended individual for investigation and are continuing to pursue the remaining fugitives.
