FTNN News Network reported on July 2, 2024, that in a metal shack in the Da Liao district of Kaohsiung, a hidden dance hall operated on Friday and Saturday nights, attracting nearly a hundred migrant workers consuming drugs such as ecstasy and cocaine, provided by the staff. Acting on intelligence, the police raided the hall and arrested 73 people, including the manager, seizing a large amount of drugs. The venue, usually deserted, transformed into a 'migrant worker paradise,' drawing Vietnamese guests for parties. The arrested individuals face charges under drug control laws.
