In a recent crackdown on a major drug trafficking group in Taipei, the police team went to Yilan to monitor and search for clues, only to unexpectedly find the group testing guns on a riverbank. After setting up an ambush to gather evidence, the police managed to arrest the 33-year-old main suspect surnamed Lu along with two others, seizing a Beretta submachine gun and a modified handgun. The case has been processed in accordance with the law, with further investigations on related drug trafficking activities by the group.
