Police have been issuing fines and cracking down on violations, with plans to expand enforcement during the upcoming summer vacation season. The delicious turkey rice attracts many visitors, leading to parking chaos in the area. Police have already seen improvements with 129 fines issued for illegal parking and 30 warnings as of June 26.
