Kramer has been charged with 26 criminal offenses and posted bail for the first 6. The Federal Communications Commission has also proposed a $6 million fine against him. Kramer admitted to orchestrating the robocalls, which played an AI-generated voice similar to Biden's and included misleading information. The charges against Kramer involve felonies and misdemeanors across multiple counties and are being prosecuted by the state's attorney general's office.
