In recent years, many hikers have flocked to South Korea's Jeju Island to challenge the highest peak, Mount Hanjo, and have sparked a trend of enjoying instant noodles at the 1,700-meter-high summit, calling it the 'world's most delicious instant noodles'. However, the Hanjo Mountain National Park Authority pointed out that hikers not only leave behind a large number of noodle bowls, but also pour noodle soup everywhere, severely polluting the summit environment and causing plant withering and death due to soil salinity issues, a worrying situation.
