According to the news, multiple areas in Taipei's Xinyi District experienced a power outage from the afternoon, with some individuals resorting to staying outdoors for fresh air. Taipower received reports of the outage since around 3 p.m. and promptly dispatched personnel to address the issue. The cause of the outage is still under investigation.
