In Zhangwei Township, Changhua County, Taiwan, areas like Nanzhen Village, Beizhen Village, and Xinxing Village experienced an unexpected power outage affecting 1,202 households due to an automatic switch disconnecting from a power pole around 8 a.m. Taiwan Power Company responded promptly to repair the issue and restored electricity by 9 a.m. The outage included new Xinxing Village, Nanzhen Village, Beizhen Village, sections 1 and 2 of Pinghe Road, Pingsheng Lane, Xinxing Lane, and Xinxing Road. The cause was identified as an abnormal disconnection of an automatic switch on a power pole in Zhangwei Township.
