The new law includes the offense of 'contempt of parliament,' impacting questioning procedures. Premier Su Tseng-chang attended parliamentary questioning for the first time since the law's implementation, aiming for respectful interactions during the process. The Executive Yuan has filed for a constitutional interpretation, hoping for mutual respect between questioners and those being questioned.
