In an effort to combat medical violence, Taipei Beitou Police Station has partnered with Zhenxing Hospital to provide training sessions on emergency response to medical violence situations. The police officers led courses to educate healthcare workers on how to prevent and handle medical violence, understand related legal regulations, and stressed the importance of maintaining a safe environment in medical facilities. Additionally, they raised awareness about increasing scams and advised healthcare workers to stay vigilant against various fraudulent schemes, such as AI-based impersonation tactics. The police emphasized a zero-tolerance policy towards medical violence and encouraged close cooperation between law enforcement and healthcare professionals to create a safer environment. The training sessions ended with interactive activities and reminders on preventing scams.
