Prince Charles may resort to legal means to force the eviction. The lodge, located in Windsor Great Park, features 30 rooms including 7 bedrooms and is valued at around £30 million. Despite Prince Andrew's extensive renovations, the lodge remains in poor condition. If Prince Andrew vacates, the lodge can be rented out for £1 million annually, potentially benefiting the royal family and the nation economically.
