In the 18-year-old murder case in Wuri, the murderer Huang Chia-ching, through his relationship with intern doctor Lin, learned medical knowledge and persuaded his partner to steal controlled drugs – a 'milk needle' that induces quick sleep and a muscle relaxant dubbed 'meat floss'. Forensic experts highlighted that 'milk and meat floss' could cause death by suffocation during sleep, making it a highly professional killing method. Lin, the intern doctor, assisted in dismembering and disposing of the body after stealing drugs, jeopardizing his promising future. Huang's murder plan was disrupted by a civilian, but he continued and executed the murder using 'milk and meat floss'. The case went to trial, where Huang's attempts to justify his crime failed, resulting in a life sentence, while Lin was sentenced to prison and expelled from school for his blind love and involvement in the murder.
