Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an stated they will follow the council's decision, and when asked if the first song at the concert would be 'Listen to the Sound of Rain,' he responded by singing 'Love Confession Balloon' by Jay Chou. Despite reports of leaks at Taipei Dome, Chiang Wan-an expressed hope to overcome limitations and host concerts soon, following proper procedures for safety inspections.
