However, the Personnel Office of the Executive Yuan recommended a review after one year, leading to criticism from Jianqing Judicial Yuan for their bureaucratic attitude. They emphasize the urgent need due to the overwhelming cases of fraud burdening local prosecutor's offices and dispute the delay in action, condemning the officials for passive statements without concrete assistance in the fight against fraud.
