Taijiang National Park in Taiwan is expected to see over 10,000 ferocious eradication crabs this year, with numbers already exceeding 3,000 in June. The park has launched a 'Protecting Crabs Campaign' from July to September, aiming to have successful breeding due to the simple habitat of the crabs, which has helped reduce roadkill accidents significantly. The park has involved community volunteers and law enforcement in crab conservation efforts, with traffic control measures in place during the crabs' mating season, emphasizing the need for public cooperation and awareness in crab protection.
