Three companies, including Meta, Activision, and Daniel Defense, are facing wrongful death lawsuits related to the Uvalde school shooting of 2022. The lawsuits accuse the companies of contributing to the behavior of the shooter through means such as aggressive marketing on Instagram and the inclusion of weapons in video games. The suits allege that the shooter was influenced by these companies before committing the tragic act, resulting in the death of 21 individuals at Robb Elementary School.
