A college student in Taichung was waiting for a bus at a bus stop on the morning of June 11 when a woman, who had just gotten off the bus, suddenly slapped the student seven times and pulled her hair. This incident came after a previous random assault on the Taichung MRT in May. The aggressive woman was subdued by passersby and arrested by the police, with the student calling for measures to handle such dangerous individuals and warning public transportation users to stay vigilant.
