On June 10, 2024, at 11:05 pm, a woman with a ponytail was reported to have randomly attacked people waiting at the Tainan bus transfer station, including an elderly woman in her 80s. After kicking two waiting passengers in the ribcage, the woman was seen smoking at the roadside nonchalantly. The police arrived and arrested her. The suspect, surnamed Guo and in her 40s, claimed she was being followed at the station. The case is under investigation for assault charges. The incident serves as a reminder to refuse all forms of violence and seek professional help for personal safety.
