Jacob Trouba of the NY Rangers has been fined $5,000 for elbowing Florida Panthers' Evan Rodrigues during Game 3, with the NHL's Player Safety Department announcing the maximum fine allowed under the CBA. Despite the incident, Trouba was not suspended, and this comes after a previous suspension earlier in the season for a similar offense against the Vegas Golden Knights.
