American rapper Julio Foolio, born Charles Jones, was fatally shot in a hotel parking lot on his 26th birthday. This marked his third shooting incident within 3 years. Known for his Drill style, Julio Foolio had controversies surrounding gang-related lyrics and loud party incidents with the police. The shooter is still at large, and investigations are ongoing.
